This is the home page of PLANT...the Professional Landscape Association of Nashville Tennessee.
PLANT is a professional association of Landscape Contractors and Managers of all specialties and disciplines in Middle Tennessee who have joined together for the purpose of educational and economic advancement. PLANT serves the total range of professionals in the industry.
The Association's ultimate goals are to assist the landscape contractor/manager in developing techniques and management skills to assure an outstanding program for the organization, agency, department, firm, or employer and to upgrade the level of the profession.
To this end, the Association will:
- Foster and maintain high standards and professional practices
- Continue the high level of harmony and cooperation among members
- Stimulate a continued improvement in the skills, materials, and resources employed in the profession
- Provide a legally constituted medium through which members may direct and coordinate their interest of the profession
- Serve as a spokesperson for the profession
