Treasurer’s report:  Operations Account $12,924.93         Scholarship Fund $9875.74
 Netted ~$500 on Winter Seminar
 Approved new Quick Books Software ~$180
 Approved $750 donation to Cheekwood
 We will stop spending when the account reaches $6,000.

1) Membership Drive Marketing Campaign
 a) Envelope stuffing
  Tommy will buy 100 stamps, envelopes and get printing done -Drew’s son will prepare mailing
Will be sent by Monday
 b) First E-blast sent on March 4th- Mandi
2)Consumer Marketing
 a) Nashville Lawn and Garden Show March 1-4
  Drew will book space
  Tommy will get table and candy to Drew by February 29th
  Chris will drop off banner on the 29th

4)Vendors Dues Discussion
 a) vote Adopted -(8Yes-0No-1Abs)  on $250 ‘Gold Sponser’ vendor membership (includes both seminars, leader board and website listing)

Vendor Payment Schedule - $150 Dues - Basic Vendor Membership - Inclides display space at  (1) Seminar  for  products and 2 representatives including lunch.

                                       $150 - Seminar Display space for products & 2 reps includiing lunch

                                       $250 - GOLD VENDOR -  if prepaid by March 1,  ofers $50 discount  includes both items above  Plus  Logo display on Advertising Display Board at both Seminars.

 b) Drew to call all current vendor members to up sell - offer opportunity to Winter seminar vendors to upgrade to GOLD VENDOR level by paying additional $100 by  March 1.

5)New Officers/ Bylaws -  Move discussion  & vote to next meeting
 a)President of the Board- Chris Crenshaw 2 year term
 b) Matt to research old/new bylaws
 c) More work on this next Meeting - Main Topic
