• Set up truck daily with all equipment needed to perform job efficiently and correctly (this may require lifting up to 80 lbs. consistently)
• Proper pest and disease identification
• Be able to follow fertilizer or pesticide label directions and calibrate equipment accordingly
• Basic knowledge of plant identification
