Members -Requirements for companies to be Endorsed by  P.L.A.N.T  
Companies  must hold an present copies of the following documents, 
  • F.E.I.N # (Federal Employer Identification Number) -Federal Tax ID identifies a business entity for the IRS
  • Tennessee Business License - registered to do business in Tennessee
  • Liability Insurance- protect customers when providers are on customers property.
  • Workman's Compensation Insurance - protect & provide insurance for employees injured at work
  • Pesticide Charter # - Indicates company is liscensed to spray Pesticides in TN. and has the required  $10,000 insurance Bond.
  • Landscape / Plant Dealers Certification - indicates the company is liscensed as a plant installer or dealer and are responsible for preventing the movement of quarantined pests (fire ants )
